If you haven't had any training, it may be very difficult to find a job as a coder. Most employers require you to be certified. If you are looking for training, here is a great online course that I really like: http://www.careerstep.com/coding/?uid=a1鈥?/a> They even have a course demo that shows you what it would be like taking the course and what material is covered.
Most employers will hire you to work in their office for a while (a year or more) and then will allow you to work from home- if they allow it at all. There are a few companies out there that will hire online employees from the start. One that I know of is AviaCode. They are based out of Salt Lake City. They do require training too though.

I assume you want the program to go into a ' wait' loop until a condition is met....
IF constructs are one way...
If %26lt;condition does not exist%26gt; loop
else %26lt;continue%26gt;
endif
This is a poor way of doing it....since the program will ' lock' until your condition is met...if the condition is never met, you will be forced to re-boot
A better way is to create an ' interrupt' based module where your condition will generate an ' interrupt' in regular program execution, perform an ';interrupt handling routine';, then continue program execution normally.

Looking for a school on Long Island for Medical Billing and Coding. Any suggestions?
Perhaps the local community college or county vo-tech school, however, there aren't supposed to be too many medical billing jobs as a lot of companies are outsourcing to Asia/India which is what happened to my cousin. She was laid off from her billing job of five years for that very reason.
The coding field also can be difficult to find work in as most need a few years doing coding tasks, completion of accredited program and certification(s) in the field to possibly get a job.
If still wanting training for either or any technical field, please forgo those private $$ tech schools.
